How to design a toggle flip-flop with 555

Hi,
I want to design a bistable circuit that is triggered with one pulse. In fact I want to have a toggle flip-flop that is triggered with a pulse. The circuit will have the input and output like this:

I'm thinking of using 555 circuit or circuits like that.
Any idea?
