planar transformer design

As the title:

I have a new DC/DC requirement from -48VDC to -52VDC and -24VDC for SLIC battery feeding. But there is a limitation on the height so I am not able to use the traditional transformer I used to use.

Is there anyone who can give some suggestion on doing the planar transformer. The O/P current for each O/P is 1A.

Thank you in advanced.

planar transformer design software

Thank you, Icemank2K
the information you provide is very helpful.
Is there any software application for simulation for the layout pattern?

Culd You send me a sofware for designing planar transformers? Or planar PCB?

I do not have software, but I have tool kit from Coilcraft. It is very easy to build in planar transformer in hour and test it "in the battle".

Based on your prototype, Coilcraft is able to provide customised product which meet basic insulation.
