How to design a PIFA antenna ( Planar Inverted F-Antenna)

Dear friends

I've read a lot about PIFA antennas but when I simulate them my result is totally wrong. I've attached some figures related to my designs. It's too simple design since I just need to know how to design it.
Also the CST file for two of my design are attached. Would you please someone help me. I spent 4 weeks without any result ! :-(
