oversampling fir

how to design a oversampling FIR Filter in audio process for compress the quantized noise in the audio band???
can anyone give me some suggestions ??
what factor should i think on designning the oversampling FIR Filter ????how to interpolate the newly_added point between the sampled point before?????

for oversampling filter Design you can use
filter design toolbox of matlab
