how to design a flipflop for a specific setup time and hold up time???
i am using cadence 614 .......also plz give me some idea how to design an edge triggerd T flip flop using transmission gate.
plz help me
 

I'm not sure what you're asking for.

Is it a function equal to a monostable flipflop? If not, what is different?
