Hi All,

I am using a sensor which gives 0-1V DC voltage for its full range. I want use the internal 10-bit ADC of the controller. But for the input voltage range for the ADC is 0 to 3V. So I want to convert this sensor output of 0-1V to 0-3V by using an amplifier circuit.

I tried with the OPAMP circuit, but it didnt work without the negetive supply voltage. Is it possible to use the op-amp itself without the -ve supply? Or should I go for a simple transistor amplifier?

Please suggest. Also suggest a simple working circuit for both Opamp and the transistor.

Try using a non-inverting operational amplifier circuit, with a single supply operational amplifier. You will have to check some operational amplifier datasheets to find an appropriate one.

Thank you. I searched for single supply Op-amp and found LM358. I will try with this Op-amp....
