How to decide the minimum length of a polyresistor ?

Length of Poly resistor

Can anyone please tell me how to decide the minimum length a polyresistor while matching the same.

This depends on
  • the process mismatch (values in the foundries' PDKs)
  • Pelgrom mismatch (1/√WL - dependency)
  • your matching needs
