Hello.
I measured my 2-port DUT on a network analyzer and saved the .s2p file.
Then I took the short, load, open, and thru data and saved it to a .s2p file.
How can I use my four calibration .s2p files to de-embed my DUT and get the s-parameters of my DUT?

I have Microwave Office and MATLAB.

All help is appreciated.

All VNAs support de-embedding, use TRL or SOLT technique to extract S-param of DUT.
