Look, you cannot convert watt to volt, they are completly separate units.
1W=1J/1s=(1kg*1m^2)/(1s^3)=(1N*1m)/(1s)
1V=1J/1C=(1N*1m)/(1A*1s)
As you can see 1W is not equal to 1V...
If you know current or resistance you can calculate (not convert) voltage from power...
P=V*I=V^2/R=I^2*R
You can convert watts to hors power, because they are power units. You can convert miles to metres, galons to litres, unces to kilogramms, but not watt to volt...
