How to convert the 16 bit hex value into 16 bit decimal value in C?

Hai,
I would like to convert the 16 bit hex value into 16 bit decimal value , can anyone tell me how i can do it in the C coding(keil). reply please...

Hi,
I am not sure about the 16-bit decimal value??
I use small routine to convert bin value to decimal.It results in 2, 3, or 4 bcd values which I then can send to LCD , etc.
Let me know if this is what you need??

Yep; no idea of 16 bit. but have 8 bit code, if required.

Like ZS1BFE i am also not sure what exactly you are looking for. Can you give some example of the 16 bit hex value and corresponding "so called" 16 bit decimal value?
