Hello,

does anyone know how to convert Pspice models to LTSpice models ?
Considering for example models of NMOS transistors provided by STMicroelectronics they are not compatible to LTSpice. Is there any conversion software available ? Using those models without modifications results errors during simulation.

Which models? What errors? In general they should be compatible but there can be some syntax differences.
