How to convert image into data packet?

Hi can anyone help me to convert image into packets of 100 bytes?plz.

Its easy...
Take a image and convert it to BMP 24 bit format
search and download the BMP header format
Manual technic:
now open the image with hex editor (HxD hex editor)
and copy the image values after header..
automatic technic:
write a c program to read the file and to create new file to write values
Whenever you run the .exe (output file) you will get packet files of image named as programmed in c.
