How to convert 50Hz supply into 60Hz & 60Hz into 50 Hz ? OF any voltage from 230 V to 440 V

Traditionally, rotating frequency converters (motor-generator combinations) have been used.

Today, you can buy static converters for this purpose. This are essentially frequency inverters as used for VFD (variable frequency drive) applications with suitable switching frequency filtering at the output. Additional transformers may be used for voltage conversion.

Dear munzir
Hi
How much is the power that you need ? however it is possible , with a simple SPWM , and some other methods. ( it is simple ) .

at any power whether minimum (lower) or maximum

Well , the best way that you can use , is an SPWM , with an H bridge ( without transformer ) .
