How to convert 5 stages output of VCO to just One output

Hi everyone,
I want to ask you to I am going to design a VCO based delta sigma ADC. I use a 5 stages VCO so it gives me 5 different outputs. And as a feedback DAC i use a 1 bit ADC. Now the problem is that i have to convert these 5 output of VCO to just one. Which block(circuit) i have to use to convert 5stages output to just one. Kindly help me.
