how to connect to irs2110

Even though I have gone through the datasheet of irs 2110 mosfet driver i am not able to drive my mosfets. The HO pin remains high no matter what the signal is there on HIN pin, the LO remains low irrespective of LIN pin.

I am using 47 uF capacitor for in low side and high side.
