How to connect sagem phone to pic16f877

Can anyone help me with the circuit that interface sagem or any phone that use text mode for sms with pic16f877a.

you must tell us which sagem phone you are using and the datasheet of the connector
 

i am planning to use my x1 or x2. I dont know rx, tx and gnd pins. Also, i want to know if max232 will be needed or not.
