how to connect CPW

I am using CPW on chip (CMOS). The gsg probe pad gap is much smaller than CPW gap. Can I use metal lines connect pads (gsg) directly to corresponding CPW g s g? How should I connect CPW to the circuit? s of CPW to the signal input of the circuit, and two gnd of CPW to the gnd of the circuit? Do I need to use airbridge connect the two CPW gnds? Or connect them seperately to the circuit gnd? Thank you.
