how to configure p89v51rd2 for working PWM on 5 pins

i am trying to configure PCA timer to work as PWM and i have connect 5 LED's for 5 pins and CCAPnH fill with various values. but all led's flas with same intensity.
so, plz help me.
 

At last done it.
actually i was given higher duty cycle to all reg. after giving smaller duty cycle it shows effect.
