How to cluster or group sampled data into matlab

Hello,
everyone..

I'm doing my project on WiFi based application.
as part of that, i managed to get channel response for particular set-up.
the plot of the response is as shown in attached image.

As visible in image the plot contains 30 indices on X-axis and magnitude on Y axis.
and the magnitude is divided into two dominant clusters.

for each X-indices i want to group the magnitude value into respective cluster.

How can i do this..in MATLAB
