How could i choose the capacitance value for PIC based projects and Design . For various crystal , the different capacitance value is choose d . How could i choose the capacitance for various crystal oscillator

mostly everybody use 22pf or 33pf ,is there any rules for the capacitors used in the crystal? , if so pls post it here tksin advance .
