I want to do monte carlo simulation for a current-steering DAC cell to see
the deviation of the current output

but the problem is that, when I did monte carlo simualtion with Spectre (100 times transient analysis of 100ns)
the output plot is just something like a single transient analysis
is there any one know how I can find the deviation?

Thank you very much for your kind help.

in Hspice, I did monte carlo in this way:

.dc sweep monte=50

then on the waveform viewer, open the .sw0 files and view the output, I will be able to see random variation of output result.

I am not familiar with spectre, but hope this will help you.

regards,
smart
