i want to know how to change IRQ setting, because i have a hardware conflict when i plug my tv tunner.
thanks.
 

IRQ setting

Try to change properties in device manager.

Try with Devide Manager -> Properties of the device.

I think it is better for you to check the site of your TV tuner provider, you may find help there in the support section.
