How to cascade a varactor circuit with the solution of the full wave analysis?

I am trying to use a varactor but i do not know how to connect the varactor circuit with the full wave solution (HFSS model), I am using a lumped port and floquet port and i like to put the varactor through the substrate and connect the resistor side of it to the ground and the other side to the patch, here is the circuit that i am trying to use



can some one please help?
 

Whats the problem ? The issue is not clear. Just connect the control voltage to the varactor, and move on with life. So the control voltage might need a DC offset... so whats the problem ?

Kindly clarify whats the problem.
