Hello everyone,

Can anyone say how to caliculate leakage power of any (analog) schematic drawn circuit in cadence virtuoso
through spectre or eldo simulators

Thanking you
Ramesh

I'm not sure I understand your question.:|
If you are talking about the power consumption, then just check the current (flow out from the power supply). You have a voltage source connecting between your power and your ground (or gnd), right?

Thanks for the reply

Can I know is there any way for getting it through tool directly??

I think the way Fei explained is the way to get it through the tool... is it not?
Assuming your circuit is in inactive state, you can measure the current going through your supply voltage source. This current is your leakage. Then back to good ol'd Ohms law will give you power!
