How to calibrate the smart temperature sensors with PNP transistor?

i am designing a IC project about high precision temperature sensors , but how to calibrate the sensors in low cost before sell them?

who can give me some advices?

i have find 2 papers about this problem,who can download them for me ? Than you very much !!
