You do the calculations of the stages in cascade just like receiver calculations. Then you calculate the input noise power spectral density (-174 dBm/Hz +noise figure) and multiply by the gain. This will give you the output noise. This is shaped by the filters. In general power FETs are quiter than BJTs.
