How to calculate the PM?

There are two equations:
PM=±180-Arg[A(jw)F(jw)
=±180-tan-1(GB/|p1|)-tan-1(GB/|p2|)-tan-1(GB/|z1|)

suppose there are two poles and one zero in the system.
How can I get the second equation from first?
