How to calculate the output resistane of this circuit?

Hi, all: this circuit can be found in the book writed by Gray, and I do not know why M15 and M16 can reduce the output resistance of this circuit, or, how to calculate the output resistane of this circuit?

I think this circuit is important for me to design a rai-to-rail OPA, so I find help from this forum.
