How to calculate the full well capacity of a pixel in a CIS?

I mean how to caculate the maximum electrons charge capacity of the pixel.
The pixel is made of a photodiode. And all I have already known is the capacitor of the PN junction, and the PN junction is 0 biased.
Could anyone help me work out this problem. Thanks a lot.
