How to calculate the differential Q of spiral inductors?

Hi, guys,

I've read some papers on differential inductors, which are said to enhance the quality factor to about 2 times the single-ended one. I'm wondering how to calculate the differential Q value while simulating/measuring??

btw, are there any papers elucidate the method of calculating differential Q?
