How to calculate MOSCAP value?

source,drain and bulk of NMOS is connected. It's used as MOSCAP. How to calculate and simulate the cap value? Thanks!
 

approximately, Cox*W*L , i think this is the prime CAP

Dear bigheadfish :

I use the test circuit to run hspice to kow the value of a MOS C.
And the MOS C size must be try to get the min value that you
want to get a big C.
