How to calculate minimum skew and proceed with duty cycle other than 50% in STA?

I am attachning a good material in sta
My doubts are
1) in page 16.How to calculate minimum skew
2)in page 35 how to proceed with the duty cycle other than 50%

Tw(Minimum Pulse width required) - Tsk>=tp1 + tsu2.
so now minimum skew we can find .
