regarding heat sink

Hi,

I am using 6 thyristors in one of my application.
If i want to put the heat sink to the devices How to calculate Length of the Heat Sink and how to select the Fan(CFM).

Is there any simulation software or any book (Which includes formulea) available online?

Please help me?
