how to calculate lambda

i'm designig Op-Amp circuit and using level 49/53 model file for it.
I need to know value of LAMBDA, which is required in designing.
LAMBDA value is not mentioned in model file, because of variability of LAMBDA Vs 'L'
Thus required some equation or some subtitute way to get value of LAMBDA.
Plz, Help me out.
Thanks in advance.

calculate lambda

Hello
I think that this document help you for calculating lambda.please see it.
Good Luck

level 49 lambda

Design a current mirror. Force a current in the MOS that has feedback. Measure the current through the other MOS, by placing a load at its drain...

Measure the VDS, and ID of both the transistors...

i2/i1 = (1+lambda*vds2)/(1+lambda*vds1)...

This is under the assumption that both transistors have same lambda...!!!

calculate lambda 49

thanks mickey,
whatever solu u have suggested is ok.
but what about the LAMBDA dependency on Length of the transistor.
I think will get diff LAMBDA value for different W/L of the current mirror.
