Hi,

I have done a SP simulation for an inductor. Seems wave_n()/(2*pi*freq) doesn't work in Cadence. How can I plot the inductance curve?

Thanks

Le Wang

Use ZM option.This will give you the impedance that is seen from port.( real and imaginary part)

I have the same problem . I do the one port SP analysis .
Z11 = R+jωL
I can plot the "jwl" but I don't know how to plot L ?

I noticed there is another post asking about the independ variable "freq" in 2007 but no one answers that . It says "unbound variable "

So the question is still how to get the expression of x axis - the freq ??
