Hi all.
I'm sorry. I don't write english good well.

I use '.meas command' in hspice. so I get file '*.mt' file.
The file is calculation value of voltage.
The value is measured to four decimal point, 'x.xxxx'
but I want to see more than four decimal point 'x.xxxx~' at least six. 'x.xxxxxx'
How to use 'meas command'?
