I need to know how to calculate delay spread and doppler spread so that I can assume my BPSK BER simulation is for frequency and time flat rayleigh channels.
I think you have to use an Impulse to evaluate your channel delay, when have the Fourrier transform of your channel the delay is given by the argument.
