how to calculate data rate ,doppler spread and delay spread

delay spread calculation

my signal is
srf=exp(j*2*pi*[0;1]/2);

my rayleigh channel is

n=sqrt(varn)*(randn(1,1)+j*randn(1,1));%Complex gaussian distributed random data
h=sqrt(0.5)*(randn(1,1)+j*randn(1,1)); %rayleigh random variable.

the transmitted signal is

x=h*s+n.

I need to know how to calculate delay spread and doppler spread so that I can assume my BPSK BER simulation is for frequency and time flat rayleigh channels.

how to calculate rms delay spread

I think you have to use an Impulse to evaluate your channel delay, when have the Fourrier transform of your channel the delay is given by the argument.
