ANY CIRCUIT THERE FOR THE TV OF 8 CHANNEL TO CONVERT IOR COONECT THE CABLE TO THE CIRCUTI SO THAT IT CHANGE THE CHANNEL OF ALL CABLE AND ONLY ON ONE SINGLE CHANNEL OF TV
 

Why don't you buy a Magic Box, it is a device which is used for Cable TV network. Only one channel of TV will be used and You will be able to see all cable channels. You will use the remote control of Magic Box for changing the channels. It costs around 1200 Rupees in Pakistan Market. I donot know the price else where.
