floating ground adaptor

Problem is that I have an audio system with high power output (floating ground) and I want to convert the outputs to common ground.

I've looked at the Net and all that I can find is commercial modules that do what I want, but I don't want to buy a module, I want to build one. I can't find schematics.

Anyone have a link or have schematics for this?

Thanks.
