HOW TO BUILD download-cable for atmel CPLD

hi! everyone.
I am learning how to use the CPLD of atmel ,but the download cable for atmel CPLD is too expensive for me .I want to build it myself, I think it isn't difficult but i haven't the SCH of it. IS ANYONE　ＣＡＮ　HELP　ＭＥ？
