how to arrest kick back voltage in inductive load

By using a mosfet to switch the coil at 700hz frequency at the time the kick back voltage is occurring that time I am using 4148 diode the frequency is affected and also capacitor please and other solutions
 

Can you please frame the question in proper way, so that others can understand your question ?
