Hi,
Is it possible to create analog video signals using a single DAC, which is connected to a source that can create either RS-170 or CCIR video signals? If it is possible, do you have any suggestions about the design? Thanks.

There's no particular analog circuit involved. You would send the composite video signal to a video DAC. All respective encoding and sync signal addition can be performed in the digital domain.
