noise simulation

I have a question.

The simulation software I use is spectre RF.

If I want to add a noise current (say 4pA/ sqrt Hz) to the current source (1mA), How do I do this in simulation ?

I don't know the answer, but it should not be paralleling a resistor because the resistance of the current source should be infinity.

Can somebody help me with that ?
