How measure Differential pressure 0-1000Pa?

It is produced by some inexpensive sensor that can measure the pressure difference 0-1000 Pa with a resolution of 10 mPa?
I need to measure the flow velocity in makeshift wind tunnel.
My idea is Pitot tube...
 

You can try with cheap sensors like MPXV5004DP (range 4 kPa) and check if the stability is sufficient for your purposes.
 

On this sensor I looked, but I fear that the pressure ditefence 10mPa creases in noise.
deltap 10mPa = deltaV10uV
