How many more posts should I have until I can view posts of others?

I am new here and I was wondering, how many more posts should I have until I can view posts of others? There is quite a lack of rules here I guess or maybe I am just not yet familiar with the interface. Help?

The first posts in this forum, as in many others, are moderate, as a protection against malicious users (spammers), but once registered and online, you can view the posts of other members with no restrictions.

There is quite a lack of rules here I guess
