According to McDonald's nutrition facts a AngusBaconandCheese provides 790 kiloCalories of energy.
where
1 dietitian's calorie is 1000 physicist's calories.
One physicist's calorie is 4.2 Joules.
How many Joules are there in a AngusBaconandCheese?

one Kilo-calorie is 1000 calorie, in general and universal.
AngusBaconandCheese provides 790 kiloCalories of energy.
This is equivalent to 790 × 1000 × 4.2 joules i.e. 3318000 Cal OR
790 × 4.2 Kilo joules = 3318 K Cal

your answer is right but why another multiply by 1000 is not there due to 1 dietitian's calorie is 1000 physicist's calories ?

As has already been explained, there is no such thing as dieticians calories. A calorie is a calorie. Dieticians work in kcal - kilo calories.

It isn't, as ark5230 already mentioned. In a sloppy manner of speaking, the kcal numbers of nutrition facts are sometimes called "calories". That's the only factor 1000 I'm aware of.
