how many disks it needed for CandenceIc on linux?

I downloaded a 2 disk version. When I choose "install all", it report some parts failed to be installed. And I have to quit the install when it ask for more disks.
When I try to start icfb, it says " error while loading shared libraries: libcdsdoc_sh.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
 

You will need 3 discs to full install.
 

Cadence IC5.0 for linux 2 discs,
Cadence IC5.033 FOR LINUX 3 discs.
