how large current a via/cont can bear?

For standard 0.25um process , how large current a via/cont can bear?
 

Don't ask us, ask your foundry. There are a lot of possible
interconnect constructions, and the details matter to
electromigration results. Especially tungsten vs aluminum vias.

About a milliamp is what I see, but this anecdote means
nothing much.
