HI,
can any one tell me how i get mac ranges from IEEE. tell me the procedure to approach IEEE.
 

Try starting here. Notice the two links near the bottom:
"Requesting an IEEE OUI or company_id"
"Requesting an Individual Address Block"


An IAB has 4096 addresses, and costs less than an OUI.
